Todd Cohen, CSP, the Principal of Sales Leader LLC and author of “Everyone’s in Sales” and “Stop Apologizing and Start Selling” is the nation's leading voice on building Sales Culture. Todd Cohen is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP), the highest earned designation awarded by the National Speakers Association. There are only approximately 700 CSP’s in the country. Todd delivers approximately 100 programs per year to sales and non-sales persons around the world. Audiences range in size from small groups to upwards of 5,000 people. His clients are diverse. They include professional services firms, nonprofit organizations, closely-held businesses, national associations and global publicly-held corporations. Unlike traditional “sales coaches,” who focus only on sales teams, Todd teaches the non-sales professional how everything he or she does impacts the client’s and their colleague’s decision making process. Todd is co-chair of the National Speakers Association (NSA) Sales Professional Education Group, a member of the NSA Chapter Leadership Council and the immediate past president of NSA’s Philadelphia Chapter. He serves on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group (GPSEG) and is chair of GPSEG’s Sales and Marketing Group. Todd is also a member of the American Society of Training and Development. He served on the board of the Pennsylvania Society of People and Strategy from 2011-2013. He is a regular contributor to the Philadelphia Business Journal and has written for numerous trade and association magazines. Todd has published several whitepapers and monthly newsletter titled, Sales Culture Newsletter. Todd regularly works with people in career transition and students to teach them how to sell themselves and get the position they want. He served as the Sales Executive in Residence at Temple University Fox School of Business where he mentored students on entrepreneurship for 2010-2012 and is a frequent guest lecturer at Temple, Drexel University, Pierce College and Penn State University. Prior to launching Sales Leader LLC, Todd coached and led dozens of sales teams to deliver more than $850 million in revenue for leading companies including Xerox, Gartner Group, Thomson-Reuters and LexisNexis. Todd holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Fox Business School at Temple University.
