Michael Garlich is an RLF graduate, an RLF facilitator and a marketing / communications consultant sharing the capabilities he honed while leading the successful marketing and communications strategies of major organizations through transformational expansion and change. Before forming Garlich Consulting LLC, he was CMO and chief communications officer at one of Florida’s fastest-growing state colleges. Prior to that, he was vice president of marketing and communications for Central Florida’s largest privately-held employer, after rising through the ranks of the marketing and communications areas for two divisions of The Kroger Co. – the largest supermarket chain in the United States. Michael is an alumnus of the School of Journalism at the University of Missouri, where he earned his Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising. He is a longtime resident of Orlando and is actively involved in leadership and community activities in the Central Florida area. He currently serves as a board member for several non-profits, including the Central Florida chapter of SIM (Society for Information Management).
